I've kind of found that the whole muddy puddle thing is a bit of a myth when it comes to trials discs; ride for like 200yards with the brakes scrubbing pretty hard, then pour cold, clean water over them. Ideally, when you pour the water on the discs should sizzle and have steam coming off them. Unles you've got them too hot, in which case they'll crystalize and shatter all Terminator 2 style. Which would be cool, after you've picked the bits of rotor out of your legs and had a chance to reflect... Its been one of those days. Rich

Well, I know it seems like a long way off, but when you look at something like GET 1 which took about 2 years to make, and even then wasn't released when nick said it would be, most people thought it wasn't going to happen. Nick is just so damn good at what he does that when he did release it everyone totally forgot that it had come four months later than he said it would. I'm setting myself an open deadline just to give myself and everyone else involved a wide berth. There is a possibility (emphasis on possible) of a pre-release of Andrei Burtons section of the film to tie in with the release of the True Tiger video of the song that accompanies it. Yes, there will be biketrials, mototrials, climbing, freerunning, dirt/park riding, some off roading, and other mad stuff. It's gonna be intersting to see how it turns out, I'm just giving people a little flavour of whats to come. Enjoy, thanks for the comments. Rich

I really wouldn't get a 203mm, if you want that kind of power and bite, get a magura HS33. Ben Moores front 203 is stupidly powerful, and I mean stupid, he has no modulation with it. I've just put on an avid 185mm disc with an M4 rotor and XTR lever, best brake I've ever had, and only had it for a day. Rich

Leave it out, I understand that safety on the roads is an important issue, I've lost three very good friends to road related accidents and have been in enough myself but as has been stated this is not the place for that, so, FOR THE LAST TIME, LEAVE IT OUT. I'm sure his family and friends would not want to look in on this thread and see us in disunity and arguing.
