  1. You want something like that. They're CDs with little brushes attached which clean the lens on the player. Got ours from PC World I think..... just go have a look around there or Comet etc. :( :D
  2. Doesn't really answer the question :P
  3. Do I see hip thrusting :P :) :P :P
  4. It looks absolutely shocking... :(
  5. If it's a relatively thin object try putting the front wheel slightly over the other side, this helps alot with springing the bike forwards as well as up (Y)
  6. 16 And if you do somehow manage to get in under that age, prepare to be paid peanuts...

    Tra Vid

While we're on it can anyone tell me where TRA recovery can be downloaded or can someone send it to me (Y)
  8. You could do the preparation yourself and save some money, i.e. cleaning up and sanding down the whole thing. But don't forget that it's the most important part of respraying a car, prepare it crap and it'll be crap...
  9. Well with a tensioner it's not really a "big" lever although yes it will mean there's a higher force being put on the frame. Just another thought - with a tensioner isn't it more likely that the force is going to go straight up into the frame due to it's more regular square on shape rather than get pulled out away from the frame? On a mech there's more to catch on the object as you slip off etc surely?
  10. I work at Halfords Cheltenham, store 754 I think. Is the forum worth signing up for? lol Has anyone else had some trouble with b*****d thieving chavs recently? We've had 2 bikes nicked from out the front and a bunch of 'em came in the other week and when they left we found a load of the bandanas had been nicked and probably a load of other stuff. c**ts (Y)

    Firefox

I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not but if you aren't you do know you can use windows *or* tabs with FF EDIT: Having now written it I realise you probably were being sarcastic but oh well...
  12. Not a bad place to ride! Haven't time to watch the vid but when/if I do I'll try and put up a reply for you (Y) I'm guessing from the massive concrete thingumees and the jumps in the background that's somewhere your local council has organised for you to ride in?
  13. I'm guessing it will. Can't remember if the 2006 Echo rims are going to be anodized or not but I think even if they are the colour will wear off after a while as it does on Try All rims.
  14. Yeah but with a tensioner surely there's gunna be less leverage on the frame due to them being closer to the frame and therefore less shit that can go down? Some people who sidehop to the left bang the shit out of their left hand chainstay and they don't seem to come off too badly...?

    Hub Broke

Could try warranty but surely they're not gunna like it if you've spaced it out to 135mm? But I suppose they don't actually have to find out :) (Y) Unlucky
  16. There aren't any trials specific deraileur protectors out on the market (other than some Onza thingy that looked to me like it helped stop hanger bending more than anything else). Even if there was it'd probably be pretty pointless, there's usually alot of weight goin onto the mech when you fall and land on it so it would have to be very strong and therefore heavy/made of good material which means lotsa £££s Your best option is as James has suggested a singlespeed tensioner such as the Fresh Products one which is £28 I think which you'll be much less likely to hit/damage/destroy than a lump of a mech.

    Firefox

Works for some, doesn't for others... Personally I prefer Firefox although if people were honest there's no real difference other than FF looks a bit snazzier. EDIT: Although it does make a big difference in the pop-up blockingness, FF is superb at that A friend of mine had real pop-up problems until i sorted FF for her and they pretty much stopped...

    Progress?

I wouldn't worry about what people think of what you're doing although worrying a little bit is basic human nature, we don't all want to look like *complete* twats after all... Just make sure, whatever progress you're making, you're having fun whilst you do it and make sure you nail those basics ;)

America doesn't rule the world and neither will China, ever. They have/could have a large influence over the globe's politics and the general economy but will never "rule" the world. And if they try, well just look at the Nazis...

That's not really true though, you can hardly call the president of the most powerful state in the world a failure.......
  21. Bristol on the Tuesday! I should be able to go and I'll try to get my mate Dave along. Come on guys need something to do whilst the gf is at Backstreet Boys haha
  22. I have some on my Kona. They do feel *really* nice, when I snapped the Eastons on my trials bike and switched it round they felt pretty good for trials, nowhere near as good as for FR, but now I have Onza carbon risers and have to say they feel twice as good. Problem is the feel of bars is very much personal preference, lots of differentials like length of arms, hands fingers and width of shoulders etc. Seeing as you've got them now you may as well just ride 'em til they snap. ^_^
  23. Was at my girlfriend's college today as I had no lessons at 6th form and the number of people outside smoking is unbelieveable, it's as if the entire place is fueled by nicotine. She also told me most of the teachers smoke and if they're doing drama outside or something it's not uncommon for her teacher to spark one up during lesson (Y) As for them all calling you weird, f**k 'em, don't start smoking just to fit in, that's just shit. Tell 'em where to stick it the c**ts.
  24. Video 26 was sooooooooooooooooooooo much better (Y) :) ;) :) The riding was mind blowing in all fairness but the video itself was below average IMO. Really repetitive. But well done on your riding, rather goooood.
  25. And I'll be with him :P Yup with my new bike, yayness :P
