  1. well dueing the 10th-14th of april myself and three of the local riders ar visting whitby to see and old m8 Steve . Basicly everyone come up who can as its going to be a mad week. Should have loads of riding and beer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Theres no specific date but if anyones interested then we shall talk more.
  2. koxx greens are quite good. i found they get better the more water and shit get on them. Weird but there very good. Zoo pads on a grind is sick and the good old maggy red pads are the tits. Every one slags them off but mine were mad. oh well, enjoy search next time.
  3. bike: koxx levelboss 1060 what i would like: 1. a rear king (to sell as there shit in my opinion) then buy a few more of my frames 2. a front hope m4 why?: why not!

    Pedals

    Well i would take them off you bike and use them as paper weights that all there gd for really. Buy some new pedels, get dmr v12's ive had them over 5 years greased them twice and left them to there own devices they are the tits. Dont get v8's there cheaper yes, but with that saving you loose so much. v8's to me seem like going from a zoo/echo/koxx to a proffeshional/promax/carrera or any other shit frame. Spend that lil bit more and good will you love the results. (mabey not the shin attacks but ) Enjoy
  5. Has the wheel been tensioned enough. It may be that a few spokes need tightening. Get some you know to do it for you. If that dosnt solve it look at other components. Are cranks, bb, frame ect all good as it could be those flexing good luck anyway.
  6. for the rear IRC kujo!!!!!!!!!!!! for the front the cheapest thing you can get they have a supprising amount of grip and tread!!! But thats me hey

    Chill out winston. "it's not going to change the geo that much" I dont want the geo to change at all if you could simply weld it together why do curtis, onza, koxx, kot ect all use jigs? Its sorted anyway.
  11. Cheers ill try that but when i try to get the insert out with pedel it feels REALLY stiff like its tying to cross-thread it self. Shall i keep undoing it or try something new?
  12. yeah there the ones. I dont want to buy some i want to mend mine, well not mend them but put them back together. And get them to stay in there so i can get my pedel off.
  13. today whilst building my bike i found a little problem. When taking the pedels of i noticed that the crank insert which you screw the pedels into fell out. Well the back half fell out. Ive tryed just crewing it back in but it dosnt work. And the other half is stuck on my pedel axel. :'( I am not a happy bunny. has anyone got any ideas on how to mend the situation before i go MAD.     erm if you want mate, for trials use? lol It may take a while as i need to think of a design for a rear hanger as i forgot about that. Quite a major part lol. Ill keep u posted!!!!!!

    Ea50 Stem

    Well ive had mine for about 2 years give or take an hour and i personlly think it is the nuts. Its very strong and cheap. Which is the main thing. Get the ea50 stem but if you can afford it gt the ea70 bars because the are the best riser bars in my oppinion. Like you i can be very heavy (more often than i would like to admit) but still it keeps provoking me to give it more and more abuse, every minuite of everyday. 10/10 and get the stem with a 10 degree rise. Much nicer to ride with. Enjoy :turned:
  16. I measurd bens bike it was 1130. Im not sure how he gt that measurement but its still long. But not that long but the bike runs fine :turned:

  18. Well first spin the wheel to see if its the rotors bent or if its only rubbing. if the rotors bent straighten it, using a clean adjustable spanner. If its only rubbing then you may need to adjust the spacing of the calpier, using little washers. The best way is just to experiment with the washers. put one in at a time to see if it makes a difference. Oh have u gt a cable or hydrolic. If its hydrolic take the wheel out and using a CLEAN screwdriver gently push the pads back in to the caliper. If it still rubs you will have to ask someone else. Sorry. Good luck anyway. :S

  21. just incase you didnt know when using a tape measure you have to start at 0mm, not at 450mm as you must have done to get that bloody stupid number. people there is a special person on this forum. Now lets treat him kindly, and dont make fun of him, as he is special.
