  1. Not disc only though But yes, damn hard (virtually impossible) to break!
  2. The warranty period is 6 months but we do generally offer a half price replacement (or half the value of the original forks towards a different set) between 6 months and a year. Disc only steel forks... really quite rare, certainly nothing trials specific is produced nowadays.
  3. The Controls and Urbans are the same strength on our experience, they share the same steerer and disc mount (which is where a fork will break if anywhere), just the Control's are a little lighter/less stiff due to a bit less material in the legs.
  4. Disc only forks = no stress risers half way down the legs = no cracked forks Cormac, even though the forks are out of their warranty period we should be able to help out, if you want to send them back just let me know. Cheers Adam
  5. More pics from tonight at Preston... Starts at the left of the pic and then loops round. Great for pumping, can easily get round the track without pedalling and going over the finish line at a good jogging pace! Ali whipping it out Jon Ali again Jon mini-tweak And again over a tricky double Ali styling it up 3rd double on the straight... REALLY hard to carry any speed to this point. Ali stylin it over the ~20ft double at the end of the first straight Hope you like Ads
  6. Cheers man... yeah we thought we should great fun! That one's 10.6kg (£449 RRP complete bike), I think the mega light expensive ones will be around 8kg though... Just gonna stick up some more pics from tonight

    Koxx Xc

The seat tube design (the 'Boxx' bit of the frame) is to prevent vibrations from entering the seat post, sending them along the top tube instead of into your body. I haven't ridden one yet but everyone who has ridden it says they experience much less fatigue over long rides than standard tubed frames.

    Koxx Xc

They do indeed, that's the Boxx, top of the range. They also do an 'Air' range with a choice of groupsets, really light wheelsets, ti rod/carbon lever skewers, scandium bars, etc... http://vids.worldofk.com/book124/Koxx%20XC%20v1.02.pdf Here's the Air TT: http://jdsmith.pinkbike.com/album/Koxx-Air-TT/

  14. This is true! That one was £449 but they are on offer at the mo at £349, alu frame, ISIS cranks, seemed to hold up to our bashing nicely!
  15. Built up a BMX Race bike to have a play on, there's 2 national level tracks within 15 mins of work which is a bit handy Was awesome fun, really hard work on your legs and arms, none of us could manage to sprint all the way round the track! Ali was a whopper, clearing the first two big doubles second run Sorry some are a bit blurry, was mega dark at the end. More pics soon probably, haha. Cheers Ads
  16. So who's idea was it? Either way, could have made some more effort with that freewheel.
  17. Tomm: The master of Fantastic Contraption Simpleness! Woop http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=574746 Oh, and is anyone else's taking bloody ages to save too?
  18. Awesome! Looking reeaallly similar to mine... I just can't get it to stick
  19. Yes, a lot: Axle, freehub body, hub shell, method of fixing hub into frame = completely different hub.
  20. You guys don't wanna know what the RRP should have been then... The Pro Series is not designed to be a strong rim, it's a light rim. Good value IMO, much better than taking a file to a rim yourself, I would pay £80 for one no probs.
  21. Pro2 - 8/9 speed... Pro2 Trials - 6 speed. I thought you wanted a fixed hub though?
