u really may think im joking,, but a mashed up banana !! has brilliant lubricative properties, i think it will work better than butter,, but i hav used butter before and its all good good.. but go on be a guinea pig,,stick a nana in it !! iolo.

love it. good moves,,and i recognise some of those areas,, we need a ride in hudds, or halifax soon i rekon,, nice 1.. and i liked the calm music, i think u look a bit rigid on your bike though, i rekon u should try loosen up a little. try learnign silly tricks and riding skate park in a flowing trials fashion,, i find it helps loads, then u feel not like a rider on a bike, but more like the bike is a part of you. makes stuff feel easyer,, having said that, iv heard no1 else EVER say that helps really, so do what you like, and let me carry on learning silly tricks and throwing myself around.. hehe well done iolo.

hehe u remeber that photo shoot in skipton wayne!! was funny anything to ride on in the castle wasnt really allowed, i did a nice wall ride up a turret and chris ratcliff got a great shot of it,, but the man said he didnt want it published because it looked like i was 'abusing' the casle! it was fairenuff, his choice,, but it was a REALLY nice shot.. ......................................... also i do feel the recent UCI push in trials alover europe has made a differance.. iolo.

how do riders in Competitions shift while in a section? riders NEVER intentionally shift, mechs are on the way out, the sooner comp rules realise this the better single speed is now looked past in most comps, inc the brit rounds, but not the worlds! iolo.

thats a nice idea, and i really respect that some1 was arsed to waste some metal on it,, BUT when you do an endo that cable will go slack,, and that would make me feel sick.. haha iolo.

yep, push to engaged, than put 4 tacks ish on the spinny gap bit,, just dont melt any threads. remember the strength of the weld is only to stop it back spinning, if your scared of the welding goin wrong,, then do it anyway..lol OR dip the whole thingy in degreaser a few times,dry it all off and fill with super glue then again engage and hold.. then start trying to get your fingers unstuk before putting it on your bike RESPECT!! iolo.

ye listen to this guy,, and i dont wanna seem big headed but add me msn if u like(arancook@hotmail.com), because I MADE a pair of drive side disk mount forks and used them for 3 months,!!! and i have pics and design info in my head u can steal off me.. ok and i found after all of it was done and good,,it wasnt really worth it,, just twist your front wheel slightly when u sidehop,, and u wont hit it much anyway.. iolo.

ye that hat is good,, my mummy and daddy posted it too me for my birthday!!
