  1. well I got rid of my magura and front v. I like it much better now, its only a digit 5 at the back but its working alright, should be sweet when I get some ultimates. XT levers and bb7 front. Any comments are welcome!
  2. great, thanks for the help!
  3. gonna buy these off a guy, just wondering if the adaptor is broken ? i'm a newb with disks.....
  4. yeah sorry guys I meant using a rim brake on it. I wanted to do this because its a wide mavic rim
  5. Was wondering if the mavic D321/EX729 could be used as a rear rim.....so I searched and found a whole topic about it. Pics were posted by todge of his setup but they seemed to have been deleted. So if any one has those pics or have pics of their own setup of the rim with a rear brake that would be great. Also if any one has any info please share. On a side note, do mavic make the EX721 in black now ? the picture seems to be of a black colour link
  6. is that a good thing or bad thing <_< louise FR is looking good so far, what size rotors you guys using?
  7. hey you running hydro front and cable rear ? thats what i'll be doing as well, does it feel weird with that combo ? looks like formula is a no then, the other brakes i was looking at was magura louise FR, avid bb7 and the mentioned avid juicy 5. Any opinions on those will be great, thanks for the replies so far <_<
  8. Any experiences on formula disk brakes specifically the B 4 pro plus ? I'd be using it for the front. I've always loved their lever but don't know if they're strong enough, any help would be great !
  9. Don't know if this is old news but google video is running in beta link do the goon again is on google video link there is also a few more trials vid if you search like 'damnation 5'. It loads extremely fast. I wonder who uploaded it ? but yeah its only streaming so thats a bit of bugger.
  10. looks like it uses outboard bearings like raceface x type. http://www.observedtrials.net/vb/attachmen...ntid=2610&stc=1 not sure if there is an isis version.... more pics on OTN http://www.observedtrials.net/vb/showthread.php?t=15608
  11. Has the echo colour combo's on the GU bikes as well as the 20". Sorry if this has been posted GU bike edit:ok just looked and found out that this has been posted on the member's forum but yeah here it is for the non members
  12. good to hear your better, how'd you do it ?
  13. from OTN, i think this is what your talking about joshywa:
  14. Thanks random, just a few more things like front wheel and cassette and i'll be stoked with it. Thanks for all the comments appreciate it !
  15. Thanks alot guys, it rides so lovely. The cranks are holzfeller urbans which I agree aren't the best for trials but they're stiff and strong, its just that they're heavy. I will eventually change them but for now I'm leaving them as they are. :-
  16. thanks for all the comments! road cassette is coming soon Endohopper. On the seat thing, thats as far as i can tilt it, my seat post is poop but I will push the seat a bit more foward so i can slam it right DOWN.
  17. well finally got my bike done, some parts aren't the best but the bike rides really nice, Black grips are coming soon and I really need a new cassette too .
  18. lovely bike love the green bits...how are the Viz rims ?
  19. it's just that if I make a fair size dent then on the bashguard it'll start too touch, just prefer it to have a bit more space, maybe I can just put the bash on the outside.......
  20. hey guys I've got an echo pure and after i put my cranks and bashring on, i've noticed that theres about a 2mm gap between chainstay and bashring. My bb has a 118 spindle length and my cranks are holzfeller urbans with a blackspire granny god. Also, where i have dented my bashguard theres like a 1.5mm difference and cranks are 8mm away so its obviously way too close. I dont want to buy a new bb as this ones pretty new so any ways to fix this ? here are pics:
  21. his other teaser is on the website now (not the one with the animation)
