That sounds like a lot of money guys! but im sure its not ill spent. Has got me thinking. There are a lot of bike trial riders in the uk that realy do follow the comps just like the mototrials riders do. Its an alltogether different concept from trials as we know it , ie big street moves/vids. I am aware of it!( i was brought up on kickstart !),,,,,but im sure a lot of the little guys that buy a trials nowadays think trials is a street thing. What im trying to say , is that ive always been so pleased there is a hardcore to trials ie you guys that do the comps. Maybe its cause i was born in Yorkshire i dunno? but now ride 24 cuase its fun

biggish trials moves done on a kids bike with not much style or balance Sorry. Learn the basics first, like smaller stuff smoother. ( like u control the bike )

or just spend the money on something that has been tried and tested by Chris smith,,,,,er ,like the trixer

hiya Wayne! Just my thoughts on the subject. I use sram pc 58 chains. im a very smooth rider. everytime ive hurt myself its been the split link snapping. Clive leeson advised me just to join the chain with a chain tool( i know how to join a chain correctly) and keep an eye on it. ever since, it hasnt been a problem. i understand that every scenario is different , and believe that split links are just not as strong as a proper link. maybe the kool chains split link is better? ta da! chris

never use a split link. bad idea
