I really hate that "please wait 45 seconds thing" And its super slow EDIT: and it keeps disconnecting my internet, and its not working at all now. not happy.
  7. I wasn't taking the mick, I was advising him. How do you know he won't go 'downhillin or trialsin' as soon as he makes them, As I don't know him for all I know he could be a complete idiot, with no common sense. I am just trying to make sure he dosent hurt himself.
  8. I did lol. Mine is lighter than most peoples bikes.
  9. Go crm's woo. How do heatsink blues compare to crms in the dry with a smooth rim? Great topic mate.
  10. Trialsshop are idiots, took them almost 3weeks to post brake pads!!! Don't ever buy from them again.
  11. I wasn't implying you, I was just saying.
  12. Have you ever considered hitting it with a mallet actually killed them in the 1st place :)
  13. Crm's are the pads of the century, and I doubt he will get anywhere near they're standard and years of testing. But I'm open for new Idea and design/compounds, If they are safe, reliable, work well and a good wear rate.
  14. Bodge it. hammer, nothing more. If you are runing a bash ring it could be bent and catching slightly as you pedal, ash wardie, sam, for the details if you can be arsed.
  15. You could just use wood or even cheese for that.
  16. you can't just ask what material/compound is, otherwise the companys would be out of business. And different colours can also affect the compound. Won't superglue like, disintergrate pads? "how do you make your own brake pads" you obviously don't have much experiance so I don't advise you make your own brake pads, due to safety reasons.
  17. was the ride good? anyone get any footage, if so add me to msn and send it down, I wanna see what worthing is like. a-kennard@hotmail.co.uk EDIT: can some one link me to some worthing vids?
  18. muwahaha, that was my plan, to confuse you all when I arrived!!! nah, the trains were gay that way so I just decided to ride pompey, yet again.
  19. Damn, the main reason I wanted to go this year was for the camping. Bastardo. Couldn't find any sites within 20 miles!!! Only hotels, but they were rip-offs and won't be very fun, And the closest is 1mile away!!!
  20. I actually cannot believe you just said that! How is steel crap and heavy, tell that to the leeson riders. They are light because they have doublebutted tubing, and thay are all short so thats 9cm off the length/weight of a vinco already. (1010- 1100wb). And if you change frames every 2years why can you not sell it? Allow someone else to benifit from it, rather then just killing an alu frame. But I must admit those pitbulls and echos are bloody strong, doubt many people will kill them in 2years.
  21. I'm there too, never ridden worthing before. yer chris and darren were telling me about it about 20mins ago, lol.
  22. Sorry mate. I've ridden pompey too often and I am taking this oppurtunity to ride worthing insted, never been there before. sorry mate, we can ride in the week maybe?
  23. I agree, I find short bikes nicer for natty stuff. Hence the leeson.
