Hi all, basically I want to service my chris king rear classic hub. Have some WD40 at the ready but can't seem to find a bike shop that sells finishline wet XC lube. Should I continue my search or is it not really needed? Any help welcome and thanks in advance, Michael

I'm not one to give good advice on riding or riding spots since I know nothing...so I dont want to sound rude, but no one seems to be giving him any firm advice. Everyone is naming more than four places and no one is really telling him about group rides. Perhaps if people name their top four places in order of how good they think they are. Also there is no point in naming a place if rides seldom occur there - on average, they will be riding each spot for half a week, ideally getting as many group rides in as possible at each place. So maybe you might want to factor in how good the area is to ride along with how many group rides often take place there in order to rank it.

Ummmm, whilst his riding was good for 1991, I don't think that it is god-like when compared with today's standards. If I saw someone post that today on this forum as a vid of themselves, I wouldn't think that they were anything special. I'm rubbish too by the way.

looks like it might be raining on monday but not on tuesday and wednesday so i may ride tuesday and wednesday. This is not definate so for now, assume i'll be riding on monday.
