"f**k that fight, I ll fight Pettis" thats sounds really good that head is a huge ass target for hunt nuclear bomb it's my dream actually, would love to try it but at the moment it's not possible I do lots of crossfit at the moment, and a bit of trial when I have time (so not so much time for something else) plus my girlfriend hates the idea and I can feel my whole life turning to hell if I do try to convince her I did savate back in the day and it was super cool There's kickboxing at the gym I do crossfit I might give this a go maybe would really love to grapple aswell

as Leon as said some are pretty bad because of the crappy cardio and bad style match up there was some good old fights aswell what you have to keep in mind aswell is that the fighters winning the fights at tha period were mainly wrestlers and bjj guys so most of the fights---> on the ground strikers were beaten to pulp most of the times actually, it took a few ufc events to see some good strickers who did good thanks to the takedown defense! from the first ufc event tille the last one (164 I think) you have a lot of good fights to watch check out the Pride fights aswell different rules (you can soccer kick and stomp peolpe in the face when they re on the floor) and it's in a ring instead of a cage shogun, cro cop, fedor, rampage etc all good fighters lol yeah Vitor is crazy Machida has a bad reputation actually he likes to run a lot to frustrate his opponent, and counter strike them when they make a mistake that's not a good way to win a crowd as opposed to the diaz or matt brown who just goes berzerk every fights Couture is cool, tough dude
-
oops my bad yeah you're right ^^
-
yeah this one is good I like Machida Seems like he could drop a wheight class in a near future means he's gonna move even faster

I knew it was about to happen with Chael He is sooo agressive as a fighter, always on you face with his crazy cardio bad match up for nowadays shogun I was sad too I ll watch the couture noguiera I ll watch this one aswell, seems like a total war

you annoying little beast stop being so good!!!!
-
yeah legendary stuff the thing is, Shogun was for sure the best light heavyweight in the world in pride because he was fast, aggressive and f**kin lethal He has lost all of this in the ufc because of his f**ked up knees but the dude is such a warrior, he was just destroyed by hendo and didn't give up he even came back and almost finished him. love this dude sooo much did you see the maynard/edgar fights? it's the same kind of epic fights edgar has so much heart! will watch this one for sure, never have before That's what I thought aswell

I didn't know that about karate, that's very good to know you should check on Lyoto Machida, is a crazy MMA fighter (and a former high level karate guy) I think mma cand be a very good self defense technique, as long as you forget a few rule like not kicking in the balls and no eye poke. Since it's ment to be the most efficient technique, you can't go wrong with it.

two different riding styles both beast as fuuuu

the most common martial arts are wrestling, boxing, kickoxing, bjj and muay thai. There is some very good karate guy like george st pierre and lyoto machida. There's also a few other martial art like tae kwan do, capoeira and jkd but only for particular kicks and stuffs The thing is, even if mma isn't at all a real street fight, it's the sport that is the closest to it. so by all means you need to be good at everything, and you need to be very efficient. I agree about boxing, take mike tyson at his prime, on his feet he's gonna punch you to death but you put him on the floor and he can't hurt you anymore, yeah the famous kick... there was a rematch between those two a few days ago, it was crazy. edit: what sport did you do? boxing? no, I didn't I watched the pervious season with Uriah Hall. there was some cool fights, but the show in it's whole was a bit too dramatic I d rather watch a cool documentary about bas rutten or rickson gracie to be fair even if I do not mind watching Tate what's the name of the UK fighter?

they pretty much all have a "specialty" or a weapon of choice(which can change sometimes) but they have to be good at anything else to win though some are specialist at severall things aswell. example: a wrestling speciallist needs to be a good boxer and a good bjj aswell, at least defensively he needs to knows head movements to escape punches. he also needs to know how to defends submissons. a stricker needs to defend the takedowns if he wants to keep the fight standing back in the days there was some fights like boxer vs bjj guy, or wrestler vs kickboxer etc but nowadays they are all well rounded. What's great is they somehow still have their own style let's face it, you would need to live a least 4 lifes to master boxing, bjj, kick boxing, wrestling, judo, karate etc
