i have took my driveside crank off to take the freewheel and the pedal off but.. the pedal its extremely tight and i cannot get off and have no vice to put crank in to take the freewheel off anyone got any ideas how i can sort these problems out

when i had my echo team 05 i had king bmx hub on and the grinded down tensioners that tarty did me and the wheel went in smoothly and did not mess up the chain tensioner
