well measure your head tube on the tpro , compare it to the 112mm long head tube the gu has, add mm for the headset and stem and that will giva you a ruff idea what lenght you need , orrr do as monkey boy says

just let the tyre down to get the wheel out ,you could run the same bleed for years duck so no worrys, also id rate them really well , but ther is better vee set ups , over all ther mint with the right pads!!

tensile mounts are for usin widers rims, in this case them rim in question is thiner. so would be a waste of money one of my mates is runnin a d521 on echo urbens , tis fine lad
