I sent the bike on Saturday if you havent got it yet telling me would help. I also havent recieved the money and am seriously doubting whether you have sent it, I am doing you the favours by sending it out before i got the money so stop being a dickhead about it, i very much doubt you would find anyone else trusting and decent enough to send you £115 worth of stuff before I've even recieved the money

The guy at the bike shop i ask said it retracts the pads so its easier to take the front wheel out etc, It's Really annoying as when I'm covering my front brake yet not pulling it it pushes out mid-move. Ahhh well

Can anyone reccomend a gym routing for me? I'm 14 and have been to a ''gym'' at my school three or four times and i was just doing dips with weights in a belt type thing and chinups the same, and then just like benchpressing random amounts to see how much i could do, I'm 14 and 11 stone but only have 12% body fat so what should i work on achieving? a ripped look or strength? I should be going to a real gym 3/4 times a week and aim to cover everything

I love riding natural when i can, however due to living in south/central London it is VERY difficult to find any,the best natural within two hours from me is battersea rocks which isn't even ''real'' natural it's a manmade ''rock'' waterfall typr thing with no water in it. 'tis tres amusant though

One question, say if i wanted to film a skatepark, or film through a skatepark to look at a rock section or something, it would be virtually impossible to get it empty unless i went at before 7am or after 10pm at which point it will be pitch black so does it matter if theres A few bmxers in it as i wont be directly filming them?
