Testosterone. Yer trialsking I wouldn't start training until your 14/15. At 13 I doubt your body will have started to produce Testosterone yet and it will be physically impossible to increase your muscle without the use of steroids.

Hi, well I'm getting a bit bored of my black echo team frame and want to go for something original more original. Firstly: I'm going to strip it down to raw alu first as i found the halfords primer i used before chips to easily. What primers would you reccomend? Secondly: How would i go about putting designs on my frame? Spraying the are one coat, covering the area in masking tape and spraying the rest? Thirdly: If i want a vinyl, sticker put on would it work to lacquer over the sticker? Lastly: Could some one design some sort of design for it please? I was thinking sortof all black with a spiderweb type thing? Doesn't have to be that though. Try-alls feel TOO wide for me. Sortof as if your having to reach out to grab them? Also i didn't like the low amount of rise it had. I've got zoo bars now, I think there only 1'' smaller than try-all but they feel a lot nicer!

Do any of you get lumps of what feel like muscle on your elbow? I just have a lump all the time and when i clench my fist it gets bigger and tenses? Just wondered if thats wright? PS: it's only on my left elbow so it's not becasue of too much wanking.

Thats complete bullshit. Chai swapped his python copy for staples' 1100 odd kot for a few weeks and rode it like a god! If you give me your bike for a few days I bet I could ride it aswell as I do my mod.

I'm 12% and my BMI is 22 or something. This really short thin guy in our year was 8% in year 7!
