Biff speaking, Ok muscle bladi bla, i started workouts last summer now, free weights and the machines, im HEAVILY into it, improved on my hand cleans, press ups (with a weight belt) dips with weight belt, etc sqauts, overshoulder press, and ive recently reached 420 on my deadlift not fat of TRA's 500! all through that year. I ran EVERYDAY day, i lost 3 and a half stone. and now i do weights. its f**king painful getting fit, you gotta set your mind to it, aswell as your body.
