Its fine if they squeel. disk brakes that squeel generaly work better its if it makes a squeek like a magura brake that you need to worry about it. Hope this helps.

Looks ok, bet it rides horrible though. The geo is completely rong. Compaired to the overall frame length the chainstays are tiny. Trying to pull any power out of it will be impossible. Apart from that though it is cheap and i supose it is another frame on the market.

If you look closly you can count 8 maybe 9 bricks. So just over knee
