not so long bikes are very easy on the back wheel but short bikes can be used for spins an more streety stuff

id have no gears on it and silver forks but all the same very nice bike

this is my first trials winter and it really sucks

this has made me think and i have just realised that when i gap i never bend my legs so my ass is near the wheel before i go for a big gap, il try it tonight and tell you if it makes and difference.

i love doing taps at the moment although i cant do very big ones, but im working on it believe me

no really i think if you use that for trials youll just end up breaking it and putting an end to your trialsing and xc riding. also if you make a multipurpose bike it usually means the bike feels quite shite for everything you use it for and eventually cost more. so i would put trials on hold for now untill you can get a cheap trials bike, go second hand if you have to.

Hows it going guys? at the moment im running 22t on the front and i think 17t on the back but im thinking of getting a new crank, but alot of them come with 18t or 16t so does anyone know what i would have to run on the back to get the same ratio?

Hull is still snow free which im kinda glad about cos im a sixth former and we are school targets when it snows. and on top of that i can still ride if it doesnt snow

Hmm so many things such a little forum. what to pick, well at the moment im working on going for a drop off a boiler house, its not massive but when im onto of it, then it seems to quadruple in size. also a couple weeks ago i went for a drop gap and looped out hit my head hard and hurt my arse badly, i wanna go for it again but as of yet have not plucked up the courage, its dodgy you see because the landing is a slippery ledge. Common guys lets hear it, im sure theres some other t-f newbies that have some mental stuff under there belts.

My magura on the rear has steadily been getting worse to the point where you have to adjust your landing style off drops, drop gaps etc. they just dont seem to bite anymore i think its cos i side moves quickly and retracts quickly and the other moves out slowly and moves in slowly. does anyone know how to sort this out?
