i've got a 9 speed shimano xt shifter running 3 gears off a deore mech, and i'm gonna ditch two of the sprockets and get either the onza chain tensioner or the the gusset one, just need spacers two replace the sprockets (any ideas???????????????????)

i like that about 30...........32 at the moment i'd like to be fitter but trying to give up smoking, when i did just downhilling the smoking didn't seem to affect much (although it did) but now i want to do trials as well i've really noticed the affects so time to "kick the filthy habit"

i'm looking at the echo 4bolt, for the rear and the echo v-brake one for the front, how do these 2 boosters stand up?? and do i really need one on the the front?

just found a trials specific mag called ironically "trial magazine", it covers motorbike trials and bike trials and is out every other month, found it in a random londis in liverpool
