Currently sitting at 187lbs 43" Chest, 32" waist 5'10" Benching 100kg for 2 Squatting 140kg for 4 Leg Pressing 860lbs for 8 (can't be arsed working out, bout 420kg or something) Deadlifting 170kg for 2 All are free weights apart from leg press obviously Like to just concentrate on alot of powerbuilding stuff as its fun and doesn't involve too many machines Currently halfway through a 3 month cutting session to get a bit more definition before bulking again...

Ah right, got you, well got the washer off but its a real b*****d to get off!! EDIT: Well got it off, did what was needed, now im jsut trying to get that bloody washer back in!! Any advice? haha

Yo all, Well got my Pro2 the other day (cheers Quackers )..Everything is fantastic except the fact the hub is packed full of grease and so makes the freewheel-ness super stiff, to the extent that i cant backpedal because the uber chain slack of the freewheel not spinning makes the chain falls off So basically, just wanting to take freehub body off, get rid of some of the grease and what some thinner stuff in...
