Do you not think that freestyle mx is reaching its limits? As far as individual moves go, I know they can throw combos in too to spice it up...But surely thats the top now??? The runs they do in comps seem repetitive, DONT turn that into "Freestyle Mx is shite" It ISNT, but you dont often see anything diff...appart from that mad x2 flip On the other hand I suppose it is quite a young sport as far as sports go, bit like trials in that respect.....Dont mean to throw a spanner in the works its just a thought

Im 6'4 and had a go on my cousins onza mod a few years ago, it was awful, felt like a circus bike. Imagine Jeff Lenosky on a mod, just wouldnt look right. Some1 like JJ is not that tall and his style suits a mod down to the ground. Sumet to think about anyway.......Also you can get a half decent mod a bit cheaper too so you could always make a jump to stock after a few years if you felt like it

Dont go out on your bike with the mentallity "Oh I aint heard of any of these frames snapping yet, so maybe mine will" it could affect your confidence in the back of your mind. The Power of your subconscious mind are not to be underestimated. Just dont think about it, just ride (Y)

Also throwing criticisms at people who are using the forum as a resource to find out EVERYTHING they can to help make a decision is what its all about. Aint that very slack? it not make the bike more unresponsive when rolling along? I had a go on my mates DDG shooter which is 69 headangle and it felt "diaBOLLOCKaL" So moving from 72 on my pash to a slacker 71/71.5 would be more like my mates? What is the BB rise on a 05 boss, because that will affect the headangle when your up on the pedals surely? Id prefer a 0mm rise BB as I could bunnyhop etc, any rise will hinder manual type moves and hops

Yeah maybe your right, but £395 seems a bit high compared to other frames out that have been reduced....zoo echo etc..I think the levelboss has a slightly longer back end than the 05 pitbull and 05 control so would suit me better I think...Plenty to think about again...AGAIN

Im just now looking for geo info on the 05 levelboss....Harder to find than ou would think.....Anywaz Cheers Did you ride a straight fork or raked on the 05 levelboss? I like raked as they have a bit of give on them but wouldnt they bump up the wheelbase length slightly????? Suppose I could just use my 26mhz pashley forks until I swapped to a new set...Can you use a mavic 521 on the back with the magura mounts? ie will they reach the rim with it not being as wide, I plan to get the super WIDE drilled rim on the back to give me more grip when I get a new wheel built....Just will be running a 521 until then......?

If Im in the mood I enjoy riding in the wet, I think it makes riding more interesting in a way as you have to really think about what you are doing and how to change you riding to ensure you get grip with your tyres, also the fact your brakes are shite is another factor to consider, I like it...BUT I dont like going out in the rain when Im not walmed up...That SUX...If Im out and riding and it starts to rain then Im ok......If you understand.....I develop new techniques to ride in the rain, using your cranks to hold the bike by applying pressure to the pedal rather than your brake holding you
