Just take out the pads and you will see two silver pistons on ether side. Just get a screw driver and push them back in. Don't be scared to use some force though, you won't break them . Edit: damn im slow

I riped off a finger nail skating a few years back. It will be a good few months before it grows back fully. You will be back on your bike in a week - week and a half though. Just make sure you wear the bandage thing they give you for the first week and make sure you use antibiotics so it doesn't get infected .

Just wrap a old innertube around your new innertube and problem solved. I run about 10psi with tryall tyres and i have no problems
