  3. Just wondering if anybody can recomend a decent light weigth water proof jacket that is comfortable and generaly good for riding in, as now, down here in gay ole cornwall it is starting to get abit more damp, and i want to still be able to get out and practice, so i am after a water proof jacket, also, if any body knows if any decent water proof trousers, that would also be good. Thanks Adam
  4. Cool little vid there dude, hope to see u out in brizol next weekend (Y)
  5. Yes, i know Tomm, if there was some more red on my bike i would have left it, but leaving it would have made it look "out of place" seeing as it would be the only red bit on the bike. Glad u all like it, i am very happy with the final product. Adam
  6. who wouldn't want him in the ..... :- Na, he is safe, only made the tool for me, and any locals.
  7. after running a realy gay bash for ages, a 22t one with holes drilled in it, i finaly got hold of a decent condition bash, and got to work using a tool i made for mounting middy bash's in a lathe, after 1/2 and hour of careful working i produced this: Shame though, as the red would not suit my bike at all, so out came the wet and dry, and sanded the booger off, now looks like this: (sorry for the poor pic) and as for the little problem with KMC kool chains rubbing on the back of the standard bash, i took a nice little bit of material off the back, now there will be no problem with this: The edge has been left smooth, 1) because the college's knurling tool isn't exactly the most beefy of tools, and 2) because i think that it looks real good without it. hope u like Adam
  8. Don't think i could get 4 people and bikes in my car Peggs, unless u convince Steve to take his car :)

    Anodizing?

I was just wondering if anybody has any quick ways of removing anodizing from an aluminium object other than alot of sanding? I have heard that baking soda does, but is that true. Thanks Adam

    Cracked Avid

Nope, not got the 210mm rotor any more, and when i ran that i didn't have the standard avid pads, so the power was pretty similar with the 2 different setups, i have been running the standard 185mm rotor for a while now.

  24. Just a quick question, as i need this for a CAD drawing for my DT project, Does any body know the measurement from the top bolt to the bottom bolt on a 4 bolt mount frame? i have a feeling it is something like 50-51mm or something? Thanks Adam
  25. Hmmmm, that looks um EXTREMELY nice, if u want one testing by a rather large chappy gimme a shout, i would love a frame with that geometry, i think that it would suit me down to the ground, being 6ft4. Oh, and as soon as it does go into production please reserve one for me, as i would deffiantly have one. :D
