Hi, im doing my ICT coursework and ive come to the excel section, ive inputed all of my data into a spredsheet, but now i have to do formulas and my minds gone blank. bassically can anyone explain -countif -lookups -averages i used to know what and how to do them but now i have no clue, please help!! cheers charlie

Well you could do stretches more often, assuming you only do them acasionally(SP), to make you more flexible over time, and the experience probably does matter because cls probably didn't tuck that much when he started, so practice makes perfect!!
