Ive just came from the s4 avant and although quick and very capable ive got to say i would go with a bmw anyday of the week, after living with the audi for 6 months the build quality started showing, that old saying they dont make them like they used to. Ive had a few german cars now and some people swear buy their reliability were i have had the exact opposite with them. Dont go with any auto boxes either as ive heard a few kicking out big bills. Basically this, the wrx isnt bad or slow by any means its just not as good / quick as the sti. Japanese models are the one to go for as there figures are conservative and usually put out more power. Cant go wrong with any imho except the new ones 2008 onwards steer clear.

Quick look shows 1460kg so at 318 bhp your looking at 217bhp / ton,,, i think. Which doesnt sound fast lol.

Picked another one of these up at the weekend, in love again Torque figure seems to be low but car is getting decat downpipe, maybe manifold and remap in the new year.
