    i would say about 10-15 deep grinds.........i normaly used a medium sharp grind lasts me about 3 months with plazzie pads!

    I ride comps but the hampshire comps are more like gloppy clay banks and stuff like that but are soooooooo fun .

    TRY ALL....their crank arms are verry strong and weigh nothink.......ive ran mine for bout a year and a half still going strong i would recomend them to any rider.....the echo range seem to cut your ankles appart.

    Hhummmmmm i used to rie a koxx xtp and it was amazing to ride .the only one bad point i can think of is they are made of tin foil .they dent and crack easily if i were you i would go more to the koxx hydrox.

    i used wd40.......its thinner than water thus the lever responce is a lot quicker,just ask any one who has used my rear brake

    Well when i ride alone i normaly listen to pendulum/killswitch engaged/in flames/abneypark/ linkinpark/quite a mixture i also seem to ride better with the old tunes blasting.
