At last! managed to clear out my garage so i can get to the gym again started training on monday wana try and stick it long enough to build up noticably packed on a few pounds recently should be good to have health back.

Cant take the axle out i need to get the bolt out in order to do so gay thing had to happen as a new bike was mid build

Tryed that and the other side is still spinning possably a snaped axle? Bike shop? phha look at it hmm broken what you need is this brand new shimmano hub 10hole engement points and only set you back £100 lol

Basicly I took my wheel out of my frame and my bolt is jamed in the hub iv attempted to take it out but in order to do that i need to grip both parts of the axle and i havn't got anything to grip it with iv tryed puting the wheel back in my frame and undoing the bolt but its not happening any suggestions at all? I know I sound like a NOOB but im genuinly stumped had a few people try at it now but I can't grip both sides of the axle to losen the bolt. Any help appreciated, Jack.

had my test yesterday thought i did really well was confident at the end. Turnt out i failed but im confident he just needed to fail someone basterd got 6 minors and one serious the serious bein me not checking my blind spot enough on my reverse around a corner he must of missed my 3 BLOODY CHECKS! grrr ahh well only £56 down the drain an the 3 hours i payed the driving instrutor for they only cost me £20 an hour an i can do the same again in a month or so time and have lessons inbetween yeepiee good thing i didn't wana spend my money on other stuff aye?
