Found out tonight that I can run my car on vegetable oil very happily as I've got a bosch fuel pump. Oh man. II just got 260 miles from £20 of diesel working out at. 70mpg. Picked up some oil tonight for £4 for 5L working out at 80p per litre meaning I can get 260 miles for £13... Epic

Yeah I guess it is, but if you google image welding splatter its a lot lot more. There is some there but its minimal, that was my first attempt so its pretty decent! New gen diesel engines

If it makes you feel any better I got a C, D and an E at A-level then found what I loved at uni and got a first class with hons in that. Find what you love and go into a degree with that. You said you love bikes and cars so why not a hands on engineering course at uni?
