I'm game if i get my forks in time.

What time you all meeting there?

Nearest station above ground is hackney wick or stratford.

Actually, it's just nearby the Cambridge Heath train station, for anyone who wants to take the train (I'll do that most probably)

i'll be up for this... where is everyone going to be meeting?

How long would it take to get from Cambridge heath to the park?

EDIT: I'm going to be taking the silver link to hackney wick and riding from there to the park, just checked the maps and it's slightly less than a mile from the station.

Looked at google earth and on the map, it's probably a 10mn ride from Cambridge Heath to the actual spot in the park. (the bluish patch at the far right in the park)

Will probably go directly to the park if I take the train to Cambridge Heath.

Do you know if they allow bikes on-board replacement buses (they cancel the trains for railworks up to Royston on WE)?

Looks like it's gonna be sunny too B)

If you ask nicely I think they might, last time i went to clacton had to get off at colchester station and take a replacement bus to clacton with our bikes at the back(took off the front wheel).

Ride from liverpool st station, are you nuts! thats at least 1 hour plus ride time. and if your riding a 20in mod, then forget it. youll be too shattered to ride by the time you get there. youll need to drink at least 10 Relentless energy drinks to have the stamina to trek that ride. thats a Tour-de-london mission of a ride. ps, cant make it tomorrow as ill be working.
