Getting back into trials and a new frame was needed.

My old jump/trials bike.

Spec:

TA 26 Frame

Pashley Forks

Pig headset

Kore Stem

Azonic Bars

Mavic D521 Rims

Front and rear maguras

Tioga 2.3 DH tyres

DMR zip grips

Onza short mech

Dmr V12 pedals

As you can tell some of the parts are old school but im only just getting back into riding.

Next up are new rims and cranks.

I used a system x one on mine for a bit, about 90-100mm with some rise too and that felt alright. But when i got my lower and longer 120mm one it was much, much better! I am rather tall though so 100-110 would probably be better. The echo stems are good if you have oversize bars, but if not you should be able to pick up a raceface stem or something similar that'll be around the same geometry.

Did they adress the inherent weakness at the toptube / seatstay junction in doing so ? I was fortunate enough to have the warranty honoured twice after 2 sucessive ( and identical ) failures at that point , and number 3's still doing just fine .
