Peperami Posted February 20, 2008 Report Share Posted February 20, 2008 Rode with body geometry gloves for years, have tried riding without them (foam grips) this week, and seems loads better!Think the palm heel pad thingy gets in the way a bit. Seems to put more pressure on that bit rather than less.Might try a set of hebo trial gloves... opinions?So for trials is a padded palm no good if so can you give me reasons why.....its to cold at the moment so i am also looking in to getting gloves.....ThanksDavexIts a similar feeling to riding with massive spongy grips on. I wouldnt get them if i were you but its your decision, i got mine for crc, Kona something. They have carbon knuckle protection on the back and meant to have kelvar material (0.5% or something and i've already made holes in them). streetjibs Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 i dont wear gloves anymore and find i have better feel/control especially when modulating brake lever..but back when i did wearthem i had some yellow/red fluoro HEBO gloves and a pair of "bosco" gloves bothe were uber thin and gave great feel at lever.
