Some bikes come as standard with road stuff but otherwise you can buy road going kits which contain everything you need to use it legally... However I have absolutely no idea what the laws are like in Bulgaria. Whatever, trials bikes aren't designed to be used on the road and you'll end up wearing everything out very quickly if you do use it as a road bike.
