Wheres all that weight hiding?As far as I can see the only heavy part is the rear tyre, and that would only bring it down to 9.0-9.1. The weight of the Hydroxx 20" has always been quoted as 8.5kg, which I think will be true for the short model with Dual HS33s and no pedals.
