The legnth of the wheelbase has a tiny effect on the legnth of the cockpit, the bar/stem make the biggest difference to the feel of a bike, that and the head angle. I'm about 5'10 and I've got a Kot MS2, which has an 1100 wheelbase, but it's only got a 71.5 degree head angle, so it doesn't feel very long.

Also that list describes pretty much every frame made since 2005, any idea on the rest of the geometry? High/Low BB, Steep/Slack Head Angle etc.
