I would hope that a bike shop wouldn't be so tight as to charge for the pleasure. As much as it pains me Halfords should have that tool. Funnily enough I went into halfrauds to get a star nut and the only had the a star nut one size too big. I asked if I could borrow a setting tool and they guy didnt know what the f**k I was on about so I did the bolt in the top trick but if the star nut is too big you only get one shot.
