Hi i just got back from a works conference in Dublin and the evening entertainment was a big Olympics style ceramony, there was two guys riding that were awesome one on a Mod the other on a Stock, just really wanted to say thanks to those guys i was hoping to get chance to meet them and have a quick go on their bikes!!!!

    Star Nut

    A phillips screwdriver should sit through the threaded area and the handle will rest on the top then just tap it in, thats how i normally do it.

    Grind or Tar its a personal thing really some like it some dont, getting back to the topic can anyone help this guy out? or is anyone selling at a cheap price.
  10. Dont do it save up a little bit more, get validated and you can pick up a bargain for £250-£350 and it will have a much better spec and will last longer than that peice of Turd!!!
  11. This is the most depressing video i have ever seen i cant do half of those things with my brakes, Absolutely amazing riding but makes me want to reach for the KFC and stay indoors

    mech's were the done thing five years ago i think chain tensioners were limited to about two brands. The Justice did look nice but i just didnt get on with it at all.

I think not being right on the edge is better on flat areas, i say this because when your right on the edge when you kick hard on the pedals it shoots you down a bit, so on flat areas start a bit further back, on natural get right on the edge but dont kick down as hard on the pedals you need to be getting your ass down as far as possible and then explode up as you kick down, as if you were trying to jump the gap without the bike?

  16. Hi there i'm just about to start riding again after selling up five years ago. i have just bought a Zona Zenith frame but it wont be built for a few weeks yet so thought i would put some pics of my old bikes, Hope you enjoy.

Hey there i am just about to start building a new bike up after not riding for about 4 years. i used to ride with a King classic which never skipped on me, but i have seen alot of riders are now using freewheels, could anyone please tell me what would be the best setup for someone who is quite a heavy rider and does put some strain on the crank area. cheers
  20. Ahhh Carlisle i aint ridden there for about 4years now may have to pay it a visit when i get my bike built up.
  21. theres one or two alternatives but i would check the for sale section and try and pic up a cheap 24" frame or post a wanted with your price range, im sure there are people who would help out.
  22. Bit of a waste but hey ill help out its a 24" inspired check out Tarty bikes for Frames and full builds.
