I like the ankle protection they offer and last probably as long as any bike shoe. Wanted to just find out if you guys have had better experiences with other shoes and please let me know what they were! Cheers! craigjames Posted March 22, 2011 Report Share Posted March 22, 2011 I'm currently using a pair of Salomon Speedcrosss 2 shoes ( so are a few other riders I know, Joe Seddon and Josh Kydd) and have been for just over a year. They're a set of xc running shoes so the sole is really well padded and cushion loads of support and very light. Please let me know of the best place to buy them. Also, if they're are other shoes..... Five-ten appear to have a good range but never seen any in the flesh.
