Hs33 To V Brake Pad Adapter

Kenny--Trials

Recommended Posts

The reason you do not see them anymore is when they were created to allow v riders to benefit from the range of maggie pads you could not get for v, however now a days v's have a strng range of decent pads to get so no real need for these.......

Seems a valid point but there is still alot of trials specific hs33 pads like the original cousts or the echo tr's (not that many people use them anyway :P)

lets look at the advantages of vee brake pads.

1) they are bolted down and don't move which means the brake is quester

2)they also last longer because they don't wobble

3) they don't take up much room because they (well, TNN) are narrow

Bolting on an adaptor that takes up more room, makes the brake louder, and makes the pads round at the edges doesn't sound great to me.
