anyone in birmingam?

Recommended Posts

I paid 210 +postage off ebay for the pitbull and I'm at about 300 ish on the new bike, not finished either. Theyr're both stocks.

It seems the 24" street bikes hold their money so even if you did buy new ther'd be little depriciation, used are better value imho

*edit. I'm riding this saturday if the weather is ok, anyone about I could tag along with?

Yeah, there is plenty of natural and street to ride but you have to be careful where you go because it is a SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) in some places. I've never had the skill to ride any of it though, I instead usually just go on the hills doing XC and the odd jump! :w00t: That's why I'm gonna learn trials, but yeah, there is tons of natural obstacles to ride on: I've never tried riding them but there are a few deserted quarries where you can ride old pieces of cast concrete and fallen boulders and a few cool obstacles in town.

id say 800 was a hell of a lot for that! wouldnt bother, you could buy a top spec bike for that money secondhand!

EDIT: to be fair the spec is good besides the frame and forks, but its still too much. 500 max for that

if you are just starting, this is a bargin!

spend the rest of the money on upgrades and sell the spares, it also mean you arent investing hundreds not knowing if you will like it or not

this one is good too, does need brakes though, but will be easier to learn pure trials on and has a good spec!

if you can handle the colour
