Anyone know how to remove Echo TR Rear hub 116mm axle?

Just tap the axle through until one sides bearing comes out then repeat (as youve snapped yours) for the other side. Put a bit on wood on the axle and tap it out with a hammer, be careful keeping it nice and square you dont want to mishape the bearings or the hub shell. You may aswell also replace the bearings they're pretty cheap.

It's still not coming out?

Normally you'll have to smash it quite hard, just get it setup on a bench in such a way that you wont damage any part of it during the smashing.

But maybe if it snapped it could be a bit bent and this is making it harder ?

If you are that bothered about damage, get a m6 hexagon head bolt and a dead blow hammer, such as a shot filled or a copper faced hammer x and hit the b*****d hard. It's the only way to drive it out unless you have access to a fly press
