Tomas Posted February 2, 2015 Report Share Posted February 2, 2015 Maybe stupid question but better safe than sorry. I havet an echo tr stem with 2 bolts holding the bar in place. By other words the top can not be removed like on some stems. I have onza rip riser bar and have ordered a trialtech high riser. It looks like it's gonna be tight to remove old bar and even tighter getting the new one in because of the sharper bends on it. What is the trick? Herbertlemon102 Posted February 2, 2015 Report Share Posted February 2, 2015 Pretty sure on tartybikes it says unscrew the clamp bolts, put an object that covers the threads, so when you try and screw the clamp bolts back in the just hit the object and force the clamp open.
