Why is this, what difference would it make (mono/not mono)?

Adam

it is just how hope desgned them, trust me,

i tested one of these brakes for them..............

the reson being is because on an mono m4 there is less 'height' in the pads and rotor, where the brake works

whereas on the older satandard series of mini and m4 the area was larger, the old mini came with wavey wheras the new ones come with just a standard rotor, to be honest with you there is not really any mechanical differneces, only looks

Is there any difference in breaking, when you use a wavy rotor?

I found it gave my 160mm Avid Cable Disk more modulation. Also it gave it more eventual power I think. Not sure how!

They're pre-brushed too so they work a treat.

I've got the Aztec one from Wiggle.co.uk
