Foam Grips

I used to use foam grips for a while but i found that i gripped them harder with my hand whixh resulted in me getting considerable aches in my fingers. I now use odi longneck grips, the only downside is if i'm riding gloveless the grips get all slippy and i have to put some gloves on to get a decent grip.

The good thing about monty foam grips is that they hare really thin, so rather than reling on the grip of rubber, you actulay holding the bars. So effectivly you do get the same grip.

At the moment I am using Ritchey WCS Truegrips, (lush foam grips) and they are incredibly compfy and cheap, £7.99 from wiggle. They don't seem to wear but mine do have small cuts from loading my bike into cars, so beware they're rippiness. I feel that they are slightly to fat for trials and will next time be getting ordinary rubber grips, but I do have little hands so It's probably just me.

ash.
