Copy-protected Cd's

What program are you currently trying to rip them with?

I use media player, and fiddle with the settings so it gives me unlicenced mp3's. I've not got any copy protected cd's though.

Copy protection on cd's really bugs me, I can see why companies do it, but it is totally legal to make backups of music that you own, and rip it for listening on a pc or mp3 player

i've tried using media player and the sony software that came with the mp3 player.

So the only way I can think of is to actually buy copied versions of the albums, which is quite ironic because that's what it's done to stop :S
