Although it lloks like the tensioner is secured down in between the frame dropouts and the axle of the hub....Do not entirely rely on cable ties for tensioning a chain! Even when i used 2 cable ties on a setup kinda like that i got 6 stiches in my mouth :(

hey guys, im still working on getting the CAD drawings from my other computer.

but i really made was an axel that at one end would hold the tensioner, the hub shell im using is from an White Industries ENO Eccentric.

thanks for the advice on the zip ties, ill keep that in mind, i just dont really know where to get a custom spring made, inside the tensioner though, i made it so it will accept a sping

Why doesn't someone just make a frame with a built-in chain tensioner, because most trials riders nowadays, unless they enter competitions use gears...

I can't be arsed to draw up a diagram of what I mean, but you get the idea of a cog coming out of the frame or something...

Probably a totally crap idea but it could be adapted...
