Janson Posted August 10, 2006 Report Share Posted August 10, 2006 I use a very thin metal cutting disc. It gives a fine, shallow and VERY sharp grind, good for coust pads for example. In my experience, a cutting disc gives a sharper grind, while a grinding (thicker) disc gives a deeper grind with bigger lines but less sharpness..I'd go metal cutting, I like mine.
