I had same problem, tried all the heating cooling methods, plus hitting them. Nothing seemed to work so gave up and just went riding without bolts and squirted some synthetic looob round the axle. They fell off pretty sharpish and the cranks are still in fine condition (Y)

hacksaw the BB off both side, then u'll be left with your cranks and two metal squares in the BB entry. put the crank arms in a vice and punch them out. obviously you will need a new BB though <_<

I had to go with this option but i used a petrol stihl saw, matter of seconds to get the cranks off.
