Hi, As my pro2 bolts are bollocks'd at the mo i ordered some new bolts, the Ti 8mm ones off tarty which claim that they fit pro2 hubs, they came all fine, not bent n in perfect cond... tried putting them in, no luck, they screwed in about 3 thread lines then got very very stiff, got stuck in for a while. got them out tried a friends brand new 07 pro2 hub and the same thing happend...extremly stiff. We also noticed that the width between each thread line is noticably smaller on the 8mm bolts, anyone else had the same problem with these bolts? faulty batch of bolts possibly? not sure. Anybody know where I stand on sending them back? do tarty accept returns? there still in perfect cond. I'l give them a ring on monday but if i can get an answer on here therd be no need. should i try get an exchange for profile bolts? thanks Tim.

well im running the cheese pro 2 bolts one is rounded to shit and its hard to tighten. buying some profile bolts would help at all? Tim.

it sometimes flexes when i kick hard e.g gapping. if the backwheel is whipepd out a tiny tiny bit it rubs the pads. yeah i dont think its dished correctly, but now the spokes are effin tight and hardly do up now, il take it back to the builder see what he thinks. cheers. Tim.

extremly anoying problem that doesnt want to go... 07 echo rim pro 2 hub sapim spokes hub is all good, no wobbles spokes are very tight, maybe too tight? i have tightend them after the build to try and stop flex... no luck. one thind which could be the problem, when the hub bolts are at the top of the dropout the wheel is slightly over to the left. build was done by lbs, has built about 5/6 riders wheels in trowbridge (all mod untill now) have no problems with untill now. any suggestions? I made the change from mod to stock about a month back, had a zenith and i thought it rid really nice till i treid out a friends echo hifi with +55 bb rise. feels seriusly immesne! high bb and high bars is very "flicky" makes it feel very close to mod e.g picks up fast, sits on backwheel nice, rear end is easly flicked out. since the change ive been improving quite a bit on all things except sidehops, ive always been terrible at sidehops though, i found its alot harder to land sidehops flat on stock aswell but who cares. yeah i think spain, isnt there a huggeee trials course in barcelona? bet its alot diff to uk though. i'd say about 75% of riders in uk ride street, bet street is very small in other countrys. Tim.
