  3. i suppose, ive seen your leeson on the site, how much would you want for it and where did you snap it?
  4. 2mm of the pads would not wear, causing the pads to wear unevenly, should be fine though Ben Moore has done this for months on his avid.

    2 Things...

i found that when i had cheap cranks they always came loose, it might have something to do they were bent and the tapers were messed up.
  10. oh and to save making another topic, any one know the rake of onza tuff guy forks?
  11. for a few weeks now i have been undecided weather to switch from my echo control to a second hand leeson 660. i like the look of steel frames, and i also like the short wheelbase of leesons. its just i'm not sure if the leeson will be too short,i think its about 1025mm-1030mm i need your opinions to help me decide. thanks guys. liam broome
  12. um yeah, what he is saying is that because thers a fixed cog on the rear, the freewheels moving all the time not just when your pedaling.
  13. the cranks need to have threads for the freewheel to screw onto, and you normally need a longer bottom bracket because the tapers are not long enough to accomenadate the crank and freewheel, so without a wide bb the freewheel would rub on the frame, hope this helps
  14. it was great, i rearly enjoyed just spectating and giving the courses ago after. i've only been riding a matter of months so i didn't want to make a fool of my self by entering, maybe next time. thanks rich

  17. Ben Moore won intermediate 26inch, and Ben Savage winning 1st 26inch Elite followed by Burton in 2nd and Chris Doney in 3rd
  18. smaller harddrive and less ram, also a slightly slower processor. thats bit of a unfair replacement.
  19. it should be here today, so ill put it on and try it at the exeter indoor comp, i wont be entering but ill be going for a ride after, and if it doesn't hold up ill buy a 180 rotor off a mate.
