  5. hi after reading through, it is clear you are having issues, and the reason for this is due to the bad posture we trials riders have on our bike's. obveiously strengthening the back is a good place to start but you will always have problems, unless you correct what is causing them, now i would guess you dont want to quit trials? (which is the main cause i would bet) so the best thig to do is go see a physio who specialises in back problems. they will help. they will also be able to give you some corrective exercise to prevent this from happening again. you shold allway try to have a good old warm up and stretch down before/after a ride. also if you are going to the gym make sure your posture and technique is spot on.
  6. cool peps but consider this a B U M P :$
  7. me and a few mates are doing oxford sunday prob, if weather is ok. anyone up for it meet at the station 12

  9. i have listed in my usual order of where i go first. 1.tarty bikes 2.chainreaction 3.ukbikestore(good prices but delivery is not a good as otheres) 4.wiggle(not actualy had to order from these yet as the others have most stuff you could wish for) and thats it really. hope it helps
  10. i am sure me an a few mate's will be there,
  11. they are no more likely to snap than any other disk caliper really if you hit any in the right place it will brake somehow, they are the best disk i have ever used, also they are cheap easy to maintain etc also if they were that flimsy they would not be the most popular front disk, and a few people have ran them on the rear as well like rich pearson etc............. they are great
  12. do a swap with your mate, i bet his fram was brought off of the forum from the trials commentator a? and if thats the case it has not been used to much and should be fine. he only had it for a few months befor he got a new one, so do the swap or get a v on the one you have

  15. i would go for echo 6160's £52 any of the deng bash guards £20 and an echo sprocket £20, and onza vp pedals £12-14 i think. job done oh yea from tarty of course
  16. hell yea that sure was me, how's you? i know the pic dont do it as much justice as it deserves its much nicer i real life. i will repost some beter pics soon as it has its disk on it now.
  17. far to much but its worth it in the end, i have just spent £60 bb7, £52 echo cranks, £20 bash, £20 sprocket, £21 tyre and resprayed frame which was about £15. but there is always something that needs replacing, and something you want to upgrade.
  18. yea mate disc is here now and i love it its so nice, also i hate pepermint green anyway thats milking it about your bash mate you should ring the abingdon sorting office and collect it if they have it?

  20. no i never nitromored the rear brake mate it is a different one all together
  21. yea i will try and get down also i will have a few mates wid me
  22. why did i spray the forks 1 because they were scratched to fcuk, and i got bored of white, 2 i thought the white looked crap on the bike as i did have them on in white, befor i decided to spray. and the reason it is a similar (rowans is lighter than mine ) colour to rowans is i like the colour, simple really just because 1 person sprays there bike blue dont mean you cant a? also i always wanted to go a green colour befor i had seen your's and i didn't wana copy + no one has a zenith this colour. i got rid of the burns because the were square taper, 5 years old the tapers had flaired so i would have had to spend £58 on a new set of crank arms, alos as you can see the colour scheme is blue frame/forks with black componants. and yea i had to keep messing around with the tensioner
  23. hi i am trying to post some pic's of my bike on the forum but they are not working???? how do you get pic's from your desktop on to a topic????
