  1. nice one mate, som ok pics there shame i could not make that to bump, but hey no to bad for my first ride on the pure also i was in bits yesterday supprised i even managed to ride.
  2. well i have been out for my first ride on it now and it is awesome, i extended the bars about 3 inches in total and they are the best and most comfy ever, i would recomend this frame to any one you just need a booster and it is a stiff as hell on the rear
  3. ha i would have to 2nd that mine does look better than joe's, then agian so did my zenith LOL
  4. yea there is a fair bit of flex but sorted with the booster
  5. oh yea i just got to say thank to Quackers for gettign me the frame LEG-END
  6. its quite easy really mate, either use wooden dowel which is quick and will last ok, or use a small enough pole to fit in the end of the bar (with a bit of force) leave a bit sticking out the end, and then a bit of an old handle bar over the top use areldite to glue them aswell and they will not move trust me only needs an inch or so on each side. davetrials - its not a silly stem its lush and suits the bike totaly.
  7. ok so i have just built up my new stead. and it is lush its so nice to ride. i still need to get a booster for the back, and spray the front brake white like the rear, and extend the monty bars. let me know what you think sorry for the phone pic i will get some better ones up once its complet spec frame= pure 07 forks= urban 07 headset= fsa pig stem= simtra re-system bars= monty bb= sintour isis (works ok) cranks= echo 6061's with adament bash and echo sprocket pedals= dmr v8's chain= khe rear wheel= pro 2, on hog rim, maxxis holly roler 2.35 front wheel= planet x dog, d521, geax 2.1 tensioner= 74 kings brakes= f & r magura 06's with 07 echo lever blades, rear rock blue's, front citrus
  8. i got mine built up yesterday and i can say they are lush, i got mine for £150 new as well so . also there is no real difference between this and the czar, just the fact you will need a booster for the brake, and the pure is lighter. go get one
  9. updated the topic please let me know your view's
  10. no you can use them on either front or back but they do sell them as a front or rear due to the relivant angle's but if you want 135 and crc do it buy it.
  11. nice vid loved the riding in that
  12. well i have brought them and swaped for damaged bearings in my pro 2 and they are 6093x2 rs or as hope say 60932rc the 2 stands for how many you require and the rs stands for rubber seal. who cares about kings the amount parts do cost when they go wrong and the trouble getting them and the prices etc etc... i would rather have a pro 2 that you never hardly have to service and when something does go its easy to sort but hey thats me
  13. you should get a booster for the back there was a thread on here a few weeks back and a few people have riped the 4 bolt mouts away from the frame (a booster should help) apart from that the bike is looking good
  14. well i mean people other than the top riders are making tv apearances, videos news paper articles etc..... also so many people around towns and stuff know what trials is its made its name (thanks to the likes of the martins!) and i know its not a new sport i meat it is only just getting started as in its not hit its high yet?
  15. Also on this subject trials has even made it and is making appearances on TV now that never happened a few years back! I remember riding 5 years ago (before I quit to come back 18 months ago) how is that done and thinking it was amazing, then when I came back I was blown away by the progression trials has made and the riding of some people and again thinking there is no way I can do any of that, but 18 months on im doing most of it and im still crap because its still progressing so much. Well I hope that gets my point across? Trials has only just started, it is no way near dying.
  16. to be true mate they never rellay nead servicing, you will know when it does though, it will start to skip slightly or feel rought (dont worrie they dont do a full rotation when they skip) other than thet just take it apart every once in a while clean it and service it they are so low maintanence!
  17. stuff does not last forever on trials bikes and chain reaction supply the bearings for a pro 2 anyway there the same as the hope fatso front hubs http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=409
  18. 7 blue pallets is my bigest but not consistant with it i cant tuck at all either so thats quite good going! just need to get the tuck sorted and it will be alot bigger
  19. yea i cracked my saracen at the bottom chain stay, they snap really easy but they are really fun to ride
  20. tarty are now doing guaranteed next day delivery so thats why it cost for it?
  21. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ZONA-ZIP-20-TRIALS-F...1QQcmdZViewItem on ebay 1 min left be quick
  22. Eating eating eating mate, if you’re going to be doing 10 days of intense exercise you need to eat so so much and like every 2-3 hours and not crap, carbs from stuff like pasta, potato, cuss cuss etc... Also take a protein supplement with you because you need to get loads in your body to try and repair it, plus as suggested creatine is ok but you might not notice too much difference?? as it takes a week or so to start working, Also if there is a massage pallor about spend the money and get a full body half way through, again as much water as possible, and if you want to go full hog glucosamine tabs will help your joints. And last but not least sleep sleep and sleep. All that together it might just work.
  23. nice vid mate, you look so much better on the 26- but one thing never ride without you helmet (remember your bars/chain can snap at any time!)
  24. good vid, are thoes monty bars? if so how come they are so wide?
